Resize Proportions Of The Backend Editor


If you have a special page requiring a broader textarea in the backend's editor, you can do this:

  1. Create a page called resizeeditor

  2. The content of the page resizeeditor is like this

    editorframe=parent.parent.document.getElementsByName('i2');
    editorframe[0].style.width=newsize+30+'px';

    parent.parent.i2.document.getElementById('ta3').style.width=newsize+'px';

  3. On the page which shall appear in the broader textarea write this piece of code on its last line: [$$$:resizeeditor]
