(Cf. user manual page 4 .)Set an anchor:

Jump to this anchor within a page:
[#:]anchorname?#linktext[:#]
Jump to the above anchor from another page:
[linktext:targetpagename?#anchorname]
Do not forget the questionmark!
GET parameters
